今天我们来扒一扒ETH以太坊的ETF相关问题总汇，我们机会在哪里？大部分内容倪大@Phyrex_Ni 已经整理的差不多了，我进行了补充和挑选：1️⃣ #ETH# 现货ETF何时公布？大概率会在北京时间的5月24日凌晨2点至4点之间，不排除稍微延后到凌晨6点的可能。 2️⃣ #ETH# 现货ETF是不是一定会通过？不一定的，任何事情都没有100%的，目前来看首先通过19b-4的可能性会很大，倪大认为超过80%的概率了，甚至更高，但一天没有最终的结论一天通过的概率都只有50%。3️⃣在开启 Q&A 之前，有必要对目前以太坊现货 ETF 能否获批的两个关键性文件 S-1 表格和 19 B-4 表格进行介绍。S-1 表格S-1 表格是 ETF 发行方必须向 SEC 提交的一份注册声明，S-1 只是注册声明中一种形式，主要是保证 ETF 是按照《证券法》进行注册，尤其针对新发行的 ETF。S-1 表格的注册声明通常包括基金的投资目标、策略和风险；基金管理人的信息；投资组合经理的背景；费用和支出的详细信息；投资组合的构成。S-1 表格总审核时间：整个过程通常需要 60 到 120 天。19 B-4 表格如果 ETF 计划在交易所上市，发行方需要通过交易所向 SEC 提交 19b-4 表。这份表格由交易所提交，包含上市规则的变更提案和说明，目的是获得 SEC 的批准，以便 ETF 可以在该交易所上市交易。19B-4 表格主要涉及规则的完整文本；变更的目的和理由；对市场和投资者的影响评估；公开评论的机会。SEC 对 19B-4 表格可延期 3 次，总时长从 90 天到半年不等。结合两份文件介绍，两者递交主体不同，S-1 注册声明是 ETF 发行人提交给 SEC，而 19B-4 表格是交易所提交。由此可以看出， 19B-4 更像是允许该 ETF 上线该交易所的准入文件，而 S-1 注册声明是 ETF 的介绍说明。4️⃣5 月 24 日，还是以太坊现货 ETF 的关键节点吗？以太坊现货 ETF 的 19 B-4 表格的最终批准时间来看，VanEck 是首个向 SEC 提交 19 B-4 表格的发行方，在历经三次延期后， 北京5 月 24 日是其最终决议节点。从此前比特币现货 ETF 的批准节点来看， 1 月 10 日是贝莱德 19B-4 文件的最终批准时间，SEC 在 1 月 10 日同时批准其余 10 家比特币现货 ETF。因此，如果以比特币现货 ETF 为例， 北京5 月 24 日确实是以太坊现货 ETF 的获批的关键节点。SEC 批准相关 ETF 时，并不会挑选其中个别 ETF 通过，大概率是同时批准。此点在此前关于比特币现货 ETF 中有过介绍。但值得注意的是， 北京时间5 月 24 日是 19 B-4 表格的最终批准时间。根据前文可知，还有 S-1 注册声明需要审批通过。因此，市场上相关机构认为，SEC 可能会先通过 1 9B-4 表格，后续在 S-1 注册声明中延迟批准时间。5️⃣如果 #ETH# 现货ETF通过的话，会对市场有什么影响？必然是正面影响更多的，说人话就是利好。尤其是ETH现货ETF通过后，就意味着并不存在所谓的POS Token不能通过现货ETF的审批，其实本身和POS就没有关系，但ETH的通过会让市场有更多的想法，而且必定会注入更多的资金，对于ETH本身来说，可以参考BTC的走势，不会差距很大。6️⃣灰度的ETHE会不会砸盘？如果同时通过了灰度的19b-4和S-3，灰度的ETHE转变成现货ETF，那么确实很有可能会有灰度ETHE的用户卖出手中的ETH，但这一定是需要在S-3审批以后的事情。7️⃣如果 #ETH# 现货ETF通过的话会不会延长牛市的时间？本质上只会延长ETH自身牛市的时间，这一点和BTC同样，其它的Token还是需要遵循流动性的大周期。8️⃣如果#ETH# 现货ETF通过我们有那些机会？毫无疑问，以太坊生态会起飞向大家推荐一些本人比较看好的代币：• $OP - OP Stacks 提供丰厚收益• $ARB - L2 之王• $LDO - 顶级流动性质押• $RSTK - Restaking 叙事• $SSV - 质押基础设施• $ETC- 不用介绍了 老军队• $PENDLE - 简化的收益交易• $LBR - 由 LSD 收益支持的强大稳定币• $OGV - 低市值 LSDfi，具有1亿美元的 TVL• $SNX - 深度流动性提供协议• $ENS - 以太坊原始链• $PEPE - 以太坊上最大的meme• $MKR - 主要生态系统包括 DeFi、RWA 等• $BLUR - 最佳 NFT 交易平台• $ENA $EHTFI - 新秀双E组合，稳定币、再质押
